Research the law. Build your case. Take the floor.
FairLex, in collaboration with Sanely Legal, presents its inaugural National Arbitration Moot Court Competition, 2026 — a virtual platform bringing together aspiring legal professionals from law schools and universities across India.
Centred on arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, the competition invites participants to research a common legal problem, prepare memorials for both sides, and present structured arguments before an adjudicating bench.
From identifying legal issues and interpreting authorities to responding to questions during oral rounds, participants will engage with the preparation and discipline required in legal advocacy.
Whether you study at a national law university, a government university, a private institution, or a lesser-known law college — this is your opportunity to put your arguments forward.
